OUR TEAM:

     ENGINEERING/TECHNICAL:  Pinnacle employs an impressive depth of engineering support-four civil engineers, more than a dozen draftsmen, and five inside sales staff.  This team serves as a point of reference over the phone and in the field to support the builder, the architect, and operations.  Pinnacle is dedicated to delivering the highest quality product and level of service.

     PRODUCTION: Pinnacle operates its plant with quality control programs and full-time quality control personnel. All welders are fully certified and receive supervision by a certified welding inspector with significant industry experience. Plant management is evaluated on the quality of product and the efficiency of production.

     SHIPPING:  Shipments are made on Pinnacle’s own fleet of trucks with courteous drivers, committed to delivery date and time. Operating a dedicated trucking fleet allows for dependable deliveries.  Pinnacle solely ships metal building systems and components making our deliveries efficient.  Pinnacle drivers know how to load these systems in ways that minimize damage, reduce time spent unloading, and allow the builder greater certainty knowing that everything they paid for is at the site.

     SALES:  In addition to our outside sales staff, Pinnacle’s in-house estimating team is establishes relationships with builders, allowing reliable and responsive pricing.

     ADMINISTRATION: Pinnacle places a very high standard for its financial stewardship that has resulted in excellent banking and supplier relationships, often utilizing discounts. Our leaders have decades of experience managing the production of metal building systems.  A chief accountant oversees monthly financial statements and generates accurate job costing for each building that we produce.

     CUSTOMER BASE:  The majority of Pinnacle's business has come from repeat customers who have been impressed by the high quality of material and unparalleled service that we have provided since 1994.  Pinnacle manufactures a builder's detailed drawings in a timely manner, the highest quality steel and components, smart loading on our own trucks and shipping on builder’s schedules.  We deliver a building that goes up easily and quickly.  Pinnacle’s doors are open for visitors to discuss projects with estimators or to purchase components from the Metal Store. Our core has also always been the professional builder: general contractors and erectors. We are proud to contribute to their many projects involving educational, religious, retail, private and commercial development. Pinnacle is also happy to work with architects, land developers, and committees incorporating metal buildings and roofing systems into their projects. In these instances, Pinnacle often recommends contractors and erectors who are familiar with our building systems.
